Overview
Genoma España has launched two training initiatives to ensure that trainees improve skill sets and enhance performance by focusing on professional development in the entrepreneural and business scene. One of these initiatives is targeted to bio-entrepreneurs who have a business idea and want to gain expertise and/or skill sets required to turn that idea into a solid business plan and a business project.
The other initiative is aimed at executives of biotech companies that want to, first, to enhance their knowledge, skills and share and/or compare experiences with other executives with similar problems and challenges. Secondly, executives may also want to internationalize their business plans, and the training program allows them to take advantage of this opportunity.
