


For the second consecutive year, Genoma España has developed a client satisfaction survey in the effort to provide better support and services for all those recipients who have received these during 2008.
The designed satisfaction questionnaire collects the responses of recipients to the services and/or grants during 2008. It is made up of three distinct parts:
1) General Information Section;
2) Service Assessment Section with 11 specific items; and
3) Additional Comments and Global Service Rating Section.
