Since December 2006, Genoma España has its quality system certification. The quality system designed by Genoma España, which fits the model of the ISO 9001:2008, is meant to ensure that services, support and/or products meet the confidence and requirements that the scientific and biotechnology community and the Spanish government deposit in our organization. The quality system thus requires that a monitoring of the level of satisfaction of the recipients (clients) of such services be regularly undertaken.

During these past years, the results gathered from the client satisfaction surveys carried out are found below:
